MBER’s primary goal is to empower parents of creative children by equipping them with the tools to foster emotional resilience, cultivate creative confidence, and support their child’s growth through intentional guidance. MBER aims to transform the parent-child relationship by teaching emotional regulation, encouraging creative exploration, and promoting self-expression.

We’re redefining creative parenting by integrating emotional intelligence with creative development—because adaptability is the true superpower.

MBER was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: Creativity thrives when emotional resilience is nurtured.

“As both a teacher and a professional creative, I’ve witnessed the unique joys and challenges of raising highly imaginative children—navigating emotions, building confidence, and encouraging creative expression while balancing everyday life. Yet, traditional education and parenting models often focus on academic success or behavior management, leaving the emotional and creative aspects underexplored.

That’s why I created MBER—to provide parents with the tools, resources, and mentorship to support their child’s emotional and creative growth. By integrating emotional intelligence with creative development, MBER offers actionable strategies that empower parents to foster resilience, self-expression, and confidence—helping their children unlock their full creative potential.”

– Chase Chandler, M.M., Founder of MBER

OBJECTIVE

To create a future where creativity and emotional intelligence are essential components of parenting and education, ensuring every child has the support they need to thrive.

MBER offers online programs, personalized mentorship, and a thriving community where families feel supported, understood, and empowered.

While MBER focuses on helping individual parents nurture emotional resilience and creativity in their children, the broader vision is to reshape how society views creativity in education & parenting.

The MBER Mentorship Program bridges the gap in creativity education by providing accessible free & paid resources.

THE NEED FOR UNDERSTANDING CREATIVITY

MBER aims to challenge the misconception that creativity is a natural talent rather than a teachable skill, fostering a cultural shift where emotional intelligence and creative thinking become core components of child development. The belief that creativity is purely innate often deters active efforts to nurture it. And most existing services target either academic success or behavioral improvement as the main goals, instead of the holistic development of creativity for creativity’s sake.

  • Creativity extends beyond artistic talent—it’s a crucial skill for innovation, adaptability, and emotional intelligence, equipping individuals to face the challenges of a rapidly evolving world. Despite the large private lessons industry, few resources focus specifically on parents.
    • Private lessons for art, music, and extra-curricular activities can be found all over the US in almost every music store. With each private student, there are often invested parents who are more than willing to learn how their child can experience the most out of their additional education. Resources for cultivating creativity are also needed for many homeschooling parents who rely on online resources and expert opinions.
  • The World Economic Forum stresses the importance of creativity for future employability, highlighting gaps in education systems that prioritize standardized metrics over creative exploration.
    • Rising rates of anxiety, depression, and burnout among youth due to academic pressure, social media, and global uncertainty underscore the need for programs like MBER, which use creativity as a therapeutic outlet.
  • Mindfulness enhances focus, reduces anxiety, and improves emotional regulation in both children and adults.
  • Many parents struggle to nurture their child’s creativity without stifling it, highlighting the need for supportive resources. MBER will be uniquely positioned to aid these parents looking to more fully understand their child and prepare them for life outside of standardized testing.

Unlike fragmented free content already available online, the MBER program offers a cohesive, evidence-based framework tailored to parents of creative children, ensuring positive reinforcement that balance is the goal for success in life.

  • Studies have shown that creative activities enhance cognitive development, emotional intelligence, and family bonding.
